Mike brings over 40 years of experience working with large institutional real estate owners and operators. Throughout his career, he has overseen the asset management of more than $70 billion in real estate investments across retail, multi-housing, industrial, and office sectors. Most recently, Mike served as Head of Asset Management at CapRock Partners, where he directed Asset Management, Leasing, and Property Operations for the firm’s multi-state industrial portfolio spanning Phoenix, Seattle, California, and Nevada. Prior to CapRock, he spent eight years as National Director of Asset Management at Goodman, leading the property management and leasing teams for the company’s national industrial platform. Earlier in his career, Mike held senior roles at American Realty Advisors, managing a national retail portfolio, and at RREEF (Deutsche Wealth & Asset Management), where he spent 16 years rising to the role of Managing Director. At RREEF, he oversaw Asset Management, Leasing, and Property Management for a portfolio totaling 420 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties along with 40,000 multifamily units, representing more than $58 billion in assets under management (AUM).

 

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
