Cierra began her career at Ernst & Young (EY) in Los Angeles, where she served as a senior auditor for both public and private clients in the retail and real estate sectors.
She later transitioned to industry, joining Pressed Juicery as a Senior Accountant. In this role, she supported financial reporting for over 100 retail locations, as well as wholesale and e-commerce channels.
Cierra holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and recently earned her CPA license.
Kylie currently serves as the Director of Acquisitions at Space Investment Partners, where she leads identifies new opportunities that fit the firm’s investment strategy. Prior to joining Space, she was a Director at Ancora, where she played a pivotal role in securing a $500 million strategic partnership with Legal & General Capital to drive growth in life sciences, research, and technology. Earlier in her career, she held key roles at Revantage, a Blackstone company, and Altus Group, where she specialized in financial modeling, asset valuation, and portfolio strategy.
A financial modeling expert with deep industry insight, Kylie has built and maintained sophisticated valuation models, managed complex transactions, and provided strategic guidance to institutional investors. Her expertise in underwriting, market analysis, and deal execution has made her a respected leader in the commercial real estate sector. Kylie obtained a B.S.BA degree with a major in Finance and Minor in Accounting and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Behavioral Science.
