Trinity is a real estate investment professional with over five years of experience across M&A, advisory, and acquisitions. Her background spans multiple sectors of the real estate capital markets, including REITs, institutional investors, and private equity sponsors.

 

Before joining Space Investment Partners, Trinity worked at Deloitte in Mergers & Acquisitions, and later at Green Street Advisors, where she advised REITs, pension funds, hedge funds, family offices, and private equity firms on sector analysis, valuation, and portfolio optimization. Most recently, she was part of the industrial acquisitions team at Logistics Property Company, where she focused on sourcing, underwriting, and closing logistics assets across the U.S.

 

At Space Investment Partners, Trinity serves as Senior Analyst, supporting the acquisition and capitalization of new opportunities that align with the firm’s investment strategy in grocery-anchored retail, student housing, and industrial real estate.

 

Trinity earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and her M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Southern California.
