Senior Analyst

Justin Stephen is a capital markets professional with a strong focus on investment underwriting and due diligence, bringing a disciplined, analytical approach to complex real estate transactions. He has underwritten more than $5 billion in assets across the Western United States, supporting both institutional and private capital strategies. Justin currently serves as a Senior Analyst at Space Investment Partners, where he works closely with the acquisitions and portfolio management teams on new investments, transaction execution, and portfolio-level analysis.

Previously, Justin spent three years as a Capital Markets Analyst in Retail Investment Sales at JLL, where he developed strategic disposition theses, collaborated with leasing and debt teams to drive accurate asset valuations, and created compelling marketing materials to attract investor demand. Earlier in his career, he gained finance and leadership experience at Obagi Medical, where he built DCF models and performed NPV analyses for new product launches, and at Fastening Systems, where he supported inventory and distribution operations. Justin holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and is recognized for his advanced financial modeling skills, market insight, and client-focused approach.
